How and when we pay rakeback

Rakeback is money back on the rake you pay. Part of it comes from the poker site itself; the extra part comes from our deal with the site. This page explains who pays what, when the money arrives and what to do if something does not add up.

Who pays what

The site’s own rakeback: cashback, points, rake races or VIP levels. Paid by the site, under its own rules, with or without our link.
Rakeback from our deal: the percentage shown in each review as “rakeback through our link”. It only exists for accounts opened through the link, with the username sent on Telegram.

At some sites our deal stacks with the site’s own programme; at others the percentage shown is already the total. Each site’s review says how it works there, and the rakeback calculator shows how much comes back per month.

When and how rakeback is paid, site by site

Rakeback from our deal is paid by us once a month, at every site. The site's own programme (cashback, points, rake races) is credited by the site straight to your account: check the rules with the site's support after logging in.

What you need to do

Open your account through our link

Use the button on the review or the comparison. That link is what registers the account under our deal; accounts opened elsewhere are not included.
Send your username on Telegram

Ideally the same day: your username at the site and, if the site asks, the sign-up e-mail. We check with the affiliate manager and reply once tracking is confirmed.
Get paid every month

Rakeback from our deal is paid by us once a month. Question about a payment? Send your username and the month and we will check.

Opened your account? Confirm tracking

Send us your username at the poker site. We check with the affiliate manager that the account is under our deal and reply on Telegram or by e-mail.

If tracking fails

Opened the account without going through the link, or the site did not recognise the sign-up? Contact us with your username and the sign-up date. We ask the site's manager to check; the outcome depends on the site, and we give you a straight answer, with no promises.

Transparency

You pay nothing extra for using our link. The site pays the website a commission, and the extra rakeback comes out of that commission. That is why it only exists for accounts registered under our deal.

Frequently asked questions

Do I really need to send my username?

Yes. The link registers the sign-up, but the username is what lets us confirm with the site that the account is under our deal and follow the payments.

When is rakeback paid?

The rakeback from our deal is paid by us once a month, at every site. The site's own programme (cashback, points, rake races) follows the site's rules and is credited straight to your account: check with the site's support after logging in.

Is there a minimum?

Some sites only pay above a minimum amount of rake in the period. When there is one, we tell you when you register your username.

Can I get the site's own rewards and our rakeback at the same time?

At some sites our deal stacks with the site's own programme; at others the percentage shown is already the total. Each site's review says how it works there.

I opened the account without the link. Can it still be done?

Contact us with your username and the date. We ask the manager to check whether the account can be linked; the answer depends on the site.
