How online poker is regulated in Serbia
One regulator. The Games of Chance Administration, part of the Ministry of Finance, licenses and supervises all games of chance, online included, under the Law on Games of Chance of 2020. Amendments in force since January 2025 tightened the rules on payments and cash.
Foreign sites. The law prohibits taking part in games of chance organised abroad when the stake is placed from Serbia, and the regulator’s guidance warns that foreign sites aimed at Serbian players are especially risky. Organising games without a licence is a criminal offence for the operator.
Blocking. The regulator has asked internet providers to block unlicensed gambling sites, so a room may not open from some connections.
International rooms

Deposits and withdrawals
